SRH940 vs DT 880 --> Rock music + iPod Touch 4G
Mhm, mhm. I do back up this suggestion. The M50's are pretty good all rounders! Closed and circumaural! [Off-topic] For home use, I recommend the Grado or Alessandro series ;D All the best, Quote:- mooshimuushi

AKG K-240 vs GradoSR series? Newbie girl'd appreciate pros weighing in
Hmm, I'd pick the Grado series...that might be due to my non-amped experience with the AKG K242. Also, check out the Superlux series! I remember reading A LOT of good reviews on them... I think it's okay to link to headfonia is it? ...- mooshimuushi

Luciano Pavarotti - Vesti La Giubba (I recommend to get FLAC) Okay. (1) Watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdK6LVDI3kg THEN (if you don't have the FLAC file of the song) listen to the youtube version. (2) Listen to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0PMq4XGtZ4...- mooshimuushi

Full Head Headphones in 100-120$
HD438 has stronger bass then both the 438 and 448, but weaker highs/hi-mids. HD428 has stronger bass then the 448, 448 and 428 ties in mids but 428 loses to the 448 in highs. I don't know! Pick :D- mooshimuushi

Audio Technica ATH-M50
Quote: The M50s are one of the best pair of headphones under $200. They are pretty much all rounders, but they can do their best in Electronic music. They are also classified as "Monitor Headphones", so they can be used for your recording (studio and DJ-ing). M50's use around...- mooshimuushi
