hmm i have been rocking my 558s for about 4 years now - as my gaming headphones. and i struggle to see where your finding this minimal soundstage. how are you connecting the E11 to your devices? with a dock style connector or just via the headphone out? now admittidly consoles...- ShooTa

Sennheiser 558's and Dolby home theater v4
i use 558s (foam modded) with cs:Go i switch between hifi mode and or room2 in xonar (dolbysurround) and in windows and ingame set to headphones the ingame audio is different to previous cs versions tyhat used the miles sound system ( fantastic ) to a newer on that is more sonically...- ShooTa

Sennheiser HD650 & Massdrop HD6XX Impressions Thread
the newer versions of the HD650 are much better than the older versions of a few years ago - thus the veil that you have read about is barely there at all - and is nowadays more called veil when infact its just newer buyers not having a clue between mids and treble due to so much of nowadays...- ShooTa

Sexiest headphones.
i think some koss headphones are pure beauty - but even though i dont own them - some K701s or some woodied ATs .. both are just sexy in my eyes - the high end grados/senns - hell Himans and sonys and edition 8s - just dont cut it for me - yes beautybut not sexy- ShooTa

yep - im with all these others- the fit and the sahpe of the 558s/598s and the 650s are all insanly comfortable for long listening periods. i find my beyers only slightly less comfortable and my grados well frankly awful but thats as i havnt invested in a headband wroap yet, im assuming you...- ShooTa

Why is detachable headphone cables not a standard feature amongst expensive headphones?
removable cables are really only worth it for portable sets - anything in the upper echelons is to pander to the cable guys - aka more money than hearing/.. i mean sense :P- ShooTa

lets see 6 years ago there were say 1-5% of people wearing headphones on the street (proabably 1%) nowadays theres probably a goot 15-30% if not more on any given day and headphone related accidents have gone up by 6x .... i would say its not really an issue However i do love...- ShooTa

Most comfortable headphones < $300
quick answer here. Sub three hundred. pure comfort. sennheiser 558s/ can and have worn for days. -74 hour stretch only occasionaly removed. love mine sadly taking a break with my newer purchases but do still come out and play :) editing to help further posters. $300...- ShooTa
