I have the Prelude-there's no "channel balance" in the settings (that I can find).

I have a DatR1 Prelude that developed channel imbalance, I would send it over but I'm a bit intimidated. How do I set it up? (Been using an old Pono, which is actually a very nice player)

Right channel still out, repair involved making to China (a risk with any Chinese gear), and I lost the info on how to do it. Still using my old Pono, considering buying a new DAP.

Since my DTR Prelude stopped functioning as it should, I've been listening to an old Pono I still have (actually have 2). It's a nice sounding unit, have to say...(silly shape, though).

Mine went out in the left channel-I haven't taken care of this, I think the only thing to do (that I know of) is to contact Anson in China, and send it there. Have been hesitating to do that.

That seens to be the opposite of what I'd need (it takes 2 cables in and makes 1 balanced cable out; would convert a Pono balanced cable to one that could go into a 2.5 mm balanced player. But I get the idea-I think I even have a converter cable around somewhere...

I have a number of iem's, basically it comes down to the snap in or 2 pin connectors usually. I'll try them (custom build sounds expensive, though...)

Just curious, is it still possible to get balanced iem cables for Pono? (I searched the old places, Surf Cables, a few others, seems they no longer sell them. Not shocking, but I'd get some if they were available...)

Wow!that looks amazing! Still using my modded MicroZOTL2 and the headphone output on my living room stereo (Peachtree Audio GrandPre). Probably not headphone Summit Fi, but works for me (the LooToo looks like it's built like a tank!)

My Dethonray Prelude isn't functioning well (I may send it for repair one of these days, but I've had bad experiences before sending gear to China for repair), so I'm back to using my Pono, and like it very much (I have 2, but the sd card in one seems to have corrupted, so I'm using the other...

I have the SRM 323II, like it better than the Koss amp, but haven't compared it to anything else that can drive the Koss. (and have mostly been listening to various Hifiman planar cans for a while).

I have V1 and V2-used to use V1 quite a bit with an iPad 3, line out into a Microzotl2 amp, with a variety of headphones. The stand that allowed me to connect to the iPad broke and I stopped using it. Never actually compared v1 and v2, only occasionally use v2 for bluetooth listening to streams...

I also use JRiver, but you can just drag/drop with the Pono when it's connected, if I remember correctly (have 2 Ponos, but haven't used them in a while-Dethoneray Prelude, which also only plays music on a SD card, is my current go-to. But I've pulled out the Ponos as back up here and there).
