What's already been said man, I hear the second part distorted, like someone played with the EQ a bit too much, although it could also sound like some crappy synth. Oh yeah, totally, after one minute mark the mp3 is totally different. It sounds like the remixer added some low frequencies on the eq while mixing and it created the distortion, ignore my previous post.

lol now the highs on both tracks are killing me, every time she pronounces the letter 's' I want to stab myself in an ear. That's offtopic though, I got HD800, it reproduces almost all modern pop like that.   Now, on topic. Those tracks are really similar. The flac one sounds a bit clearer...

The 3 minute version is definitely more distorted, but this is not the same song, you cannot compare. The remixer shortened the song two 3 minutes from 7 minutes, who knows what else he could have done, he could have added another layer of distortion intentionally. I do hear the hissing sound...

What about K701? It's the same price as the previous two but I understand they're quite better? I've read they're a bitch to amplify though. Would the udac2 be enough for them? Has anyone heard/has this combo?
