Get the AD700's. They seem to fit you perfect...the only issue of course will be leaking, and if that's a huge problem then I can't assist you with closed types.

Personal opinion...Lossy won't benifit much...I'd say for what your listening to, you don't need to stretch your budget. That isn't to say that down the line u upgrade your speakers, it would have been better to have gotten a better dac now as opposed to later.   XDA-1...

1.) If I recall correctly, your sound card will really not effect your music if you are using a dac. A soundcard has a built in dac, and when you use a usb or toslink to another dac, it just skips the soundcard and outputs data to the external dac. (I may be wrong, someone correct me if I am.)...
