Hm, you posted in the Portable headphones forum. Do you need portable headphones ? If you do, then you should take another good look at the size of DT150 - they're far from being portable. Also I seriously doubt you'll be satisfied runing them unamped.

I got my HD25-1 a few days ago and I love them so far. Perfect combination of sound, portability and isolation. Here is a little size comparison between the 3 closed cans I own: Beyerdynamic DT150, Sennheiser HD25-1 II and Sennheiser PX200-II.

I don't own mixamp but I do own DT880/250 and DT150/250 and DT880 seem harder to drive despite similar sensitivity. My LittleDot MKIII (at max.gain) can drive DT150 to insane levels while it has problems doing so with DT880.
