Looking for advice on a good Budget standalone desktop DAC. Will connect from a PC>DAC>desktop amp>powered speakers/headphones. Either a good USB implementation or Optical connection. Doesn't need to be balanced. Not concerned with MQA or DSD. Just want a good sound for redbook quality...
