Seinheiser HD 25 i ii's or Shure SRH840?

These cans are on amazon for $200. Are they worth the money for a good quality isolating headphone for someone who enjoys all genres of music?  The lack of soundstage also concerns me...

I'm looking for headphones that are under $200 that have exciting bass... not necessarily accurate. In particular, over the ear closed cans that isolate sound well and have a big thump bass yet don't recess the mids or create screechy highs would be preferable.   Any suggestions?

The Shure SRH840 and the Audio-Technica ATH-M50 are both about $150 on amazon... which one is better for an all around listener?
