I got a Sony NWZ-A828 player. I realize that when i plug in my SF 5Pro into the player, there was a hissing sound which is can be heard pretty clearly. Is my IEM too sensitive or juz the player is not good enough?

My gal juz drop by Jaben today to grab a UE cable for me. The china store assistant state that UE no longer intend to sell the cable alone anymore. Someone please confirm this. Thanks
