You need everything installed in order for it to be usable. All DIP8 pins will fit the holes, even if they're slightly different shapes.- Elegiac

I've used OPA2134's in there, and it sounded good. Nice bass. Less detailed than OPA1656. Similar to MUSES03, broadly speaking. This was in the SE output. I have two of them though, so I could do balanced out. But I'd have to pop them back in to give a proper description. Soon. Soon. I will...- Elegiac

Frequencys/Songs with "effect" on the human body
Q Dots are not cheap! lol What are we talking... $2, 000 for 1 gram? I can't even imagine holding a gram of something so, so small. It's all madness. Aaaaaand the Internet Archive is back up. Everyone should refer to this page, if they want to know everything...- Elegiac

It says on the Super Intelligent Chip page that it can do that. It can detect when the disc has already been treated.- Elegiac

Frequencys/Songs with "effect" on the human body
Oh that's why I'm quoted. Okay. Pretty much jargon-free. I can follow that. How does the chip know to conserve itself when the disc has already been treated? How does it detect that? The flow of light would always be the same.- Elegiac

Frequencys/Songs with "effect" on the human body
I'm pretty sure there's room for an 'acoustic properties of bells' argument-thread somewhere in the future. How to record them, why they're so hard to record, and why 16 bits isn't enough for bells. Types of bell. How to capture the nuances of a quantum bell performance. Anyway, so light and...- Elegiac

Frequencys/Songs with "effect" on the human body
I wanna know the story of the Quantum Temple Bell :( ...all I was able to find was the classified ad for it on Audiogon- and that just told me how to use it. I read the backstory for the Super Intelligent Chip. All well and good. Although I would like to know how he measures, and then...- Elegiac

Very good. Brutal. But sadly enough, I've come to prefer the ISIS cover of Streetcleaner. Or, I guess, it depends on what I want. Straight bleak brutality = Godflesh. A bit groovier = ISIS.- Elegiac
