Very good, balance sound, airy, open sounding top, transparent lean mids, tight, NEVER boomy bass.
Pros: All of the above
Cons: Maybe the headband is too small for my head it's pressing my skull.
I am surprised with a quality this good, nobody in head-fi is reviewing it.
