So I recently bought some SM3v2's according to some advice I had received on a thread I made and some research.   Everything seemed to be going well with them until I decided to try something.   I switched the EQ from "off" on my iPod classis to "Electronic" and all of the sudden it...

How does the SM3 V2 compare in the durability/noise cancellation categories?

I ride all the time, and these will literally be used just for listening to music while riding, and nothing else!   EDIT: Would you say a replaceable cable is very beneficial to my intended use?

So my NE-7m's finally bit the bullet after a good several years of use. I'm now in the market for some new IEMs (It's seriously impossible for me to do rides longer than 15min without music!)   For anyone who doesn't know, an unbaffled streetbike exhaust is pretty loud, and with wind noise...

I looked on Amazon and could only find the 80ohm version. The only 250hm version I saw was for an 880.   That's a very reasonable price though, so I'll keep that in mind. Though I would still like to get some input from others on the other cans I listed.

What was the price on that amp + 250ohm version?

From all the threads I read the 990 wasn't nearly as good as the 770 and 880 for my kind of music.   I'm not exactly sure what I want my budget to be, but I don't think I want to spend over $700 atm.
