Okay so I've decided to buy the q701 for extreme gaming purposes to replace my tbx12 setup.  All I need is a modmic  and astro mixamp correct?  Btw i'll be using it to play MW3. 

So the Q701 would be a better choice than the hd598 in term of sound qquality?  And would it be better for games like MW3? 

Has anyone tried out the dss2 yet?  Just wondering what would pair up nicely with hd598 for gaming.

yea. i guess your right and ill get hd598 with dss2 as this will be my next set up after my tb x12.  I cant wait to hear the difference between these 2. 

Yea.  I'm not taking the risk and buying the hd598 and ill wait until summer to see if anything  new like pc370 would come out. 

I'm planning to get a great pair of headphones over the summer and use them mostly for gaming (MW3).  Until then will the pc370 come out or should I be a man and buy the hd598?  I'm also considering the Tritton Warhead but I doubt it can even compete with a good pair of headphones lolz.

So the pc360 and ad700 would be better for sound whoring correct?

Hi I'm new to this forums so my apologies if i make a nub mistake.  But anyhow, my preference in gaming headphone/set is a clear detail in footsteps, knife swings, etc for fps games like mw3.  Which headphones/sets would be great for those on the xbox 360?  Money isnt an issue for me, I just...
