I use an application called Bliss to organise all my music and make sure, as much as possible, they have the right info/art attached but it does cost. Otherwise, something like MP3tag is more of a manual process but will use info from places like Discogs that 99% of the time has art you could use.

The current version of MPD on the Poly doesn't allow showing embedded art but it will display a .jpg file enclosed in an album's folder. I just keep a 300x300ppi file called cover.jpg in the root of each folder.

Sounds like you do have problems with the unit but regarding reading the SD card, you shouldn't be looking to GoFigure to do that. GoFigure is just for configuration/settings (although it, confusingly, does allow you play any stored playlists from the card). You need a 3rd party controller...

Surely nobody uses GoFigure to play stuff, though? I don't use any streaming services and only buy music either physically or as a download. Controlling Poly/Mojo2 though Rigelian seems pretty good to me and the sound is fantastic. I guess my mileage did vary.

Poly's MPD version was updated a while back now. It can read a cover.jpg file but not an embedded file yet so I have an image within each album folder.

It depends on what app you're using. There are quite a few options. I use Rigelian and it's just like the sort of thing you'd get on a DAP with a screen.

I had the hard case when I had the original Mojo with the Poly. It was nice as long as you didn't want to open and close it too much as the clip that held it shut was pretty weak. Now I use the leather case with the Mojo2/Poly.
