I have no hiss per se on my cans. It's a slight white noise when nothing is playing, like the JBL LSR305 if you put your head up to them. Nothing even remotely close to be interfering/annoying in actual use.

It's bluetooth, of course there will be a delay by it self. Some sources will adapt to it and delay the video so it's in sync any way however.
