The pads are what make the tuning of the Noire different from the A2C (besides the color and pads, they are otherwise the same headphone according to DCA) so, if you want to keep the original sound of the headphones, I am not really sure what other options exist (I am not aware of any at least)...

You can reorder replacement pads from DCA directly. That's what I did for mine last year. Just get the Perforated Aeon pads.

You need to double check what model you have. Sounds like you have the RME ADI-2 DAC FS, not the RME ADI-2 FS. They are different products. A quick internet search of the two models in your search engine of choice should make that pretty clear.

Never had the Fiio so can't really comment there but I am sure if you search the thread you will find someone who tried it. I recall some people here were using the BT-W5. Looking at the Fiio, it looks like it has LDAC vs. aptX adaptive on the BT-W5 so I guess it depends on what codecs you want...
