A month after I submitted a BBB complaint the BBB replied that they are closing the case as Adam at Kozee ignored their repeated attempts to correspond with him.  They will simply keep his non-response on file for others to be aware of.

BBB complaint lodged today Wednesday 23 May 2012.  

And again....  Saturday was the new day they were supposed to arrive via next day delivery.  It's now Tuesday night and nothing in sight.  Not even a shipping number via email.  Not sure why there is such a drastic difference between what Adam says he'll do and what he actually does.  

Today makes 10x weeks and I still have not received my replacement or repaired custom in-ear monitors even though one week ago Adam 'guaranteed' I'd have them in hand today.  As such, I called and Adam advised he'd ship them today for next day delivery so I'd have them by tomorrow.  

Adam at Kozee needs to establish and communicate more realistic expectations for delivery time so customers don't feel like they are simply being dragged along, one friendly but inaccurate conversation after another.   Today I've waited 9x weeks for defective customs I returned for repair to...
