The Beyerdynamic Tesla DT 1350 Impressions thread

Some searching tells me that placing velour HD25 pads over the 1350's improves comfort but would they still fit over the larger stock pads on the facelift model? How do Beyer's own velour pads compare in comfort and sound quality? I can't seem to find many opinions over them.

Well now that my TMA-1s are gone and everything else broken, I'm down to only the Apple buds *shudders* so I'm in desperate need for another pair of cans. For the current budget now, I've come down to these two choices: the ATH-M50 and SRH840. I listen to a huge variety of music, so which of...

    AIAIAI TMA-1

I will look into those suggestions you gave me. Do either of them need some extra juice from an amp? The 701s seem a bit too daring now to consider. Luckily, Christmas is being brought up around here so it's time for me to drop a few hints on my folks, heh... and get a few things sold. :P   ...

    AIAIAI TMA-1

Well, as much as I like these, I think it's about time for me to try out another pair of 'phones. I'm thinking of pursuing a pair of AKG 701s. For anyone who's had experience with the TMA-1s and the 701, what should I expect compared to these. I do know that the 701s are considered a bit...

Grindcore in particular is annoying when it comes to this. For me it is anyway. You have the bands that are really punky. Then you have the pitch-shifted, non-stop blasting kind. Then you have some that are just out there like Discordance Axis.   Quote:

If I'm correct, I believe they were Yamaha's RHC3s. I didn't know what they were until yesterday since I kept forgetting to ask him what they were. The TMA-1s of course had a much more 'solid' sound to them.   Quote:

So far, I'm still really enjoying these. I took these with me on a trip and my friend compared them to his. The verdict: mine were better.

Lately, I've been listening to this song quite a bit. Some good ol' doomy death.

What does everyone want for christmas?

I'd like an amp that'll pair up with my TMA-1s nicely... and all my money I spent this year back. :P

I wish the community was more active for Crysis 2 on DLC maps. I play on console and Decimation playlists are a barren wasteland. Such a shame since the two times I've played on Decimation matches, I really enjoyed the maps.   Anyways:   Twisted Metal 2 - 10/10 One of the greatest PS1...
