Hmm. You did a complete power off (remove power cable) after flashing, wait 30sec and power on again?- TBMY

New module gives a blacker background, deeper, more precise bass line, some more mikro details and transparency too. I do not think it will influence other inputs like AES, I2S, but I only use OPT and USB on my WL so can not comment on that…- TBMY

Volumio Primo/Rivo/Integro
The Red is good I think, not heard it my self. But a couple of facts on the side: The Rivo cpu is many times faster than the one in Red. With Volumio you can have plugins like room corrections, internet radio, youtube etc. Red not so flexible. Rivo with good LPS is very good with streaming...- TBMY

Volumio Primo/Rivo/Integro
Volumio is rock stable at my place. Very happy with Rivo! I recommend! But if your hw is broken, then of course there are unstabilities. Looks like you must get a new unit?- TBMY

Start app, source settings, turn Bluetooth input playback ON. Do not remember if it is default on after Factory reset…- TBMY

Volumio Primo/Rivo/Integro
I had some problem to connect to MyVolumio, everything else worked ok. After some fault hunting, it turned out to be the firewall in the router that stopped the MyVolumio, so after opening up firewall for that connection, everything has been stable for months. Knock on wood! :)- TBMY

I have Wavelight, used to run Zen Stream, sold it and bought Volumio Rivo. Upgraded with better powersupply. Much better sound than ZS, and the SW is also very stable and works fine, also with external usb hdd or network drive :)- TBMY

Thanks for your feedback. Let´s hope WLS update will come around high end! :) Have you (or others) compared the WLS to any other streamers? Holo Red was just an example of a streamer I know by reputation.- TBMY

Hi! How is the Wavelight Server WLS progressing with sw/fw? Is it possibel to connect direct to Tidal and Qobus now, or is still Roon membership a must before you can connect indirect to Tidal or Qobus? How does it compare to Holo Red or other streamers? ;)- TBMY

Volumio Primo/Rivo/Integro
Hi! I have the Rivo with external USB drive connected to it, I can browse this library as a standard harddrive with folders and albums like "drill down", or search in metadata for artist, song, genres etc. Very happy with it! :)- TBMY

For me the FW update to 210 resulted in better defined and deeper bass, imaging and transperency improved as well on my horn system. Glad it worked out for you, and I agree that the FW update process is not optimal by playing a wav file. The WL bluetooth app should have been used for this...- TBMY

Hi! My guess it is that the datastream from your MAC to WL is resampled from 44.1 to 48k, thus not bit perfect when WL received it and update fails. I think an other SW than iTunes must be used? Perhaps possible to turn off resampling in OS system mixer? Found one tio here...- TBMY
