Well seeing as I mostly use headphones indoors(gym. running on a treadmill ,not outside) I would prefer something more noise isolating. They don't block noise at all?

Thank you for the help. Are there any specific headphones for workouts you could recommend? Do I must compromise on the sound with sports-headphones (quality, bass, clarity etc.) ?  

Anyone , please? Just need to know if running with them won't ruin them.
