Some Impressions of the Swan M50W
Picked them up from massdrop because the price was so good. I had the m10s and they were great to me for the past couple years without issues. So I tried setting up the m50ws and m10s together in a surround 5.1"ish" setup and they are actually working out really well together. The m10s aren't...- SNSDGeeGee

Philips Fidelio S1 and S2 - New IEMs with semi-closed back
Quote: Well i don't see any new vsonic gr07 under 140 bucks and i got my philips for under 100. With poweramp on my galaxy with gain boost at 16 db the volume issue isn't a problem at all (listen to it at quarter max volume and at max half which is really loud). lacks a little on bass...- SNSDGeeGee

Philips Fidelio S1 and S2 - New IEMs with semi-closed back
I can tell you the philips are not easy to drive. I have to crank up the volume quite a bit more than other earphones. They don't isolate that great, but it isn't like normal background sound will leak in from outside. I still can't hear people talk next to me. I did have to crank it up the...- SNSDGeeGee

Philips Fidelio S1 and S2 - New IEMs with semi-closed back
I ran into a problem with my fidelio S1. Might just be a small percentage with defect but the plastic/rubber ring between the aluminum housing and the plastic earpiece is starting to come off on the left ear bud. It is about half way falling off. I am not sure if I should replace for another...- SNSDGeeGee

Philips Fidelio S1 and S2 - New IEMs with semi-closed back
I ordered the S1. Doesn't seem like it is that much different from GR07. I was planning to buy the GR07BE but the cost was a bit over budget (wish they had that 140 dollar sale at lendmeurears). This seems like the best balanced earphones with bass boost at around 100 dollars. Hopefully they...- SNSDGeeGee

Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)
Hey Joker. I'm debating between Vsonic GR07 and the Philips S1. I was wondering where you feel S1 lacks compared to the GR07 in terms of sound. Trying to decide if the GR07 is worth the extra cash. Isolation isn't important to me and I know you said that is one area S1 falls short. Also it...- SNSDGeeGee

Philips Fidelio S1 and S2 - New IEMs with semi-closed back
Quote: No they aren't for bassheads but they have a slight emphasize on bass. GR07BE having a bit more. But nothing like monster turbine, Hippo VB, or EPH 100 from what I read.- SNSDGeeGee

Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)
Quote: I would also like to know bass quantity compared to GR07. If it is more like the GR07 MKII or GR07 BEs. Does the S2 have more bass quantity then S1?- SNSDGeeGee

Philips Fidelio S1 and S2 - New IEMs with semi-closed back
Hmm... now i can't decide if it is worth spending 70 more dollars for GR07BEs for better comfort, isolation, bass quantity. Is the overall sound quality much better on the GR07BE?- SNSDGeeGee

VSonic GR07 Bass Edition Impressions
I've been really interested in getting the Vsonic GR07 because it seems like the perfect IEMs that does everything... good amount of bass with great mids and highs. A lot of the other ones like RE 400 and Rock it R-50 seem to have a bit "normal" or "low" quantity of bass. I'm not a bass head...- SNSDGeeGee
