Regarding the SA100 opamp. You don't actually need to plug the ground wire. But if you want, you can plug into screw hole with the screws. Or you can use grounding amplifier with it.

I do not sense or hear NuTube inside. It could be, but if it is, you don't hear the sweetness or cool colour of the NuTube. That's why I don't believe it is a NuTube inside. Hybrid mode is available in Balanced and Single Ended.
