    Mine also make popping sound when I change songs with different sample rate. I heard that this happened for other people too

    I have tried clear cache, data of the settings app. Unfortunately it did not fix the issue

    Is anyone also have a problem that the volume indicator on status bar not update when you only increase/decrease one level of volume? This is only happen for me when my screen is turn on and I'm not in lock screen.

    Hi @Joe Bloggs After update the firmware to 1.31, the plugin setting and mseb have weird names. Will hiby issue a update to fix this or I have to do a factory reset. I rather not factory reset my device if I don't have to

    If I remember correctly I tried to update from 1.11 to 1.20 but it failed. After that my device stuck at firmware 1.11. It always said that my device is in newest firmware. But after I do a factory reset it detected firmware 1.20 and let me updated normally.

    I have no idea how to get firmware as zip file. But I fixed "Update failed" problem by factory reset. After that it let me update again.

    I haven't notice stuttering when using ldac but maybe I haven't use bluetooth dac mode long enough

    It switch to Bluetooth DAC mode screen like the image below and then it show up on my phone as audio device instead of android device

    Sound weird, did you click on the "Bluetooth audio input" before use the phone to connect to hiby?

    For some reason it took me about 3 months to found out how to enable Bluetooth receiver mode

    I haven't noticed the sound difference but I definitely notice the screen be more colorful.

    Yeah after reboot my screen no longer have ring of light/ring of dark issue. Do you screen still tilted blue?
