Value of a Fiio X3 (1st gen)?
I've got a first generation Fiio X3 (perfect condition with box and all all original accessories). Does it have any value at this point and, if yes, can you suggest about what I might ask for it? Clunky interface, but it's a nice little unit and works as an inline DAC.- Sherman

Will USB A to USB C work for playback?
Well, it doesn't seem to work. USB - B in Peachtree to USB-C in M6. I tried changing various settings and restarting the M6, but no signal seems to come through whatsoever. I went back to RCA to jack and that works fine.- Sherman

Will USB A to USB C work for playback?
Now I'm just confused. So I can use it via a USB cable to my Peachtree integrated? It turns out it's not that big of a deal because I can connect my bluetooth receiver via coax and then use the RCAs to connect to the M6. The only issue is what DAC I want to operate -- the RCA jacks will have...- Sherman

Will USB A to USB C work for playback?
I'm wondering if I can use a a USB - C (to the my FIIO M6) to a USB - A (to my Peachtree USB) cable to play music? This would better for me than using RCA to headphone jack option as I only have one RCA out on the amp. and I use it for other devices.- Sherman

Help with moving music from computer to Fiio M6 DAP
I tried again connecting the M6 to my computer and used MusicBee it seemed to work this time although I hadn't changed setting. It took hours and then gave me the "sync failed" message. Then I went back to drop and drag to the SD card inserted in my computer and that worked pretty well.- Sherman

Help with moving music from computer to Fiio M6 DAP
Hi - I recently purchased a Fiio M6 to replace my Fiio X3 Mk1. I keep my music on a Windows 10 computer using (currently) both MusicBee and Windows Music Player. I bought the M6 in part because the music on the X3 is a bit of a jumble with a lot of album titles not showing up and almost no...- Sherman

Koss HV/X replacement pads?
Koss finally stopped selling replacement pads for my HV/X. The pads were great except that they literally disintegrate after a few years. The original pads came with adhesive on them which stuck to the smooth plastic of the headphone. Does anyone know what pads might fit this headphone?- Sherman

Monoprice Monolith M565 immpresions
I've heard some folks describe the 565 as very dark. That didn't really make sense to me, but it has taken me a while to find the time for a long listen. I did that tonight and I can only assume that there are some big differences between units. I would describe my M565 as slightly on the warm...- Sherman

Monoprice Monolith M565 immpresions
I'm surprised how little has been said here. I just got a pair and I will take a while to listen before saying too much, but for now: Comfort is excellent. Build quality seems solid so far. Sound is great in the first bit of listening. I'm very impressed with the bass quality and quantity, but...- Sherman

New to forum - NAD, Fiio
Hi - I'm brand new as member though I've been reading for a while and I've been into audio since the early 80s. I recently bought a Fiio X3 and NAD HP50 for home/portable use. I was replacing a set of Koss HV/X I got new as a present in 1983. I was surprised how well they held up sonically...- Sherman
