With the Eighteen I've noticed that it makes noise when the attached USB is active. So, since I have it connected to my PC via a USB dock, I disconnect the dock and then power off the CMA.

Windows 11. But I installed the fifteen driver and all works fine 😅

I think that the signature is quite different between 15 and Eighteen Master: the Eighteen Master is warmer and has more strenght on low end, while the 15 is brighter. I think Questyle did it to give more choice on the market to potential clients who likes different tuning.

If you're using Tidal app from an android device, the problem is the Tidal app, not the iFi DAC/AMPs. I've got the same problem with the Gryphon and i tested also on Ferrum ERCO: Tidal version 2.96 worked, but after it donesn't work anymore. I contacted Tidal support for weeks, they are not able...

There isn't a "line level". Every pre-amp stage has its own level, here you have the freedom to choose it and adapt it to your amp.

Just plug in the line out on the back. Simply the line out has variable voltage output, so you can use the volume knob to manage it as you need.

@Questyle I've read all the advantages, but this technology has no cons? There's a conversion from current to voltage: it's completely transparent without any quality loss? And why there aren't other manufacturers that use it, if it's so good? I am sincerely curious about it, I'm not trying...
