So, I deleted the original file on the sd card and re-copied it. Thank you for being so persistent! Ok, so I did a couple of reboots and re-installed the software onto my sd card. It has finally given me the last steps of your guidance, and I can happily say it is all working :ksc75smile...

OK, have done a further restart and I now get to the sd card, but when I press it, it says failed to install

I shave done everything you've suggested, but still get no lines after I press local update. I'm on version 1.04.332

So, I've downloaded the file to my sd card, but when I press the 3 dots i see 'local update' and nothing else. I press local update and it displays 'updating online' and nothing happens. If I hold the 3 dots down, I see 'more options', but pressing that does nothing. Any suggestions?

Is the OTA version available yet?

Great summaries! My only small observation is on the Orchestra Lite. I'm surprised you found them light on bass and thin & shouty up top, as treble is one area where they are quite tamed. Clearly we all hear differently, but my pair have more than enough bass and are overall more mid-centric...

Not sure I quite agree with you here. Sound quality is by far the most important aspect of a TWS to me. Yes it is convenient in some ways, but I still don't use them indoors, as wired iems are still superior in SQ. For now...

I own many of both wired and TWS and I recall an interview years ago by Paul Barton (PSB & NAD) who said that basically any speaker/transducer can be tuned perfectly, and only the quality of the materials used that will affect it's overall audio quality. So, will TWS' ever be as good as wired...

I have 2 pairs that both perform very well and certainly not as you described. I would agree you should return them
