That's an amazing buy back price. I would suggest to try a thie audio hype 10 with the cash. I've heard it's amazing. Atleast thie audio has a different signature. More interesting listening.

I suspect there is intent to deliver but either no cash nor parts.

Thie Audio v16 bass also hits as hard as the Enigma and sometimes harder and tighter.

I can understand these sentiments . Even the Enigma preorder was quite an experience . But I'm feeling a little less scared sending the iem back for a checkup this time. Not sure how it's going to play out. But I'm willing to o take a chance.

I was supposed to send my iem to him 2 weeks ago. To check and think about upgrades with any left over drivers they have in stock if possible at reasonable cost. I was unfortunately unable to because of health. Today's email does not affect me much.

This explanation is Possible. But I don't think it's so hard to get a couple of drivers vs pay 100% of the price of an iem and extract drivers from it. The drivers they use could be sub 100 usd drivers . But then again I don't know how tough it is to buy iem.parts.

I think there will be upgraded DM and Seraph and Seraph+ in the market soon. They will sound great too.

Prices of iems have crossed the price of high end headphones ! I just bought a top end hifiman headphone at less than the price of an Enigma.

Well I have asked for improvements to my Enigma+. I have explained the differences with my v16 and where improvements may be good. I said I'm open to experiments on it with any left over drivers as long as the cost is reasonable. I think Bob has some ideas about improving existing iems with...
