I'm partial to KC BBQ myself, but Arkansas BBQ can be very, very good, indeed. And then there's a little place in Northern Georgia we discovered two or three months ago in Blairsville, called Jim's Smokin' Que. Simply amazing. (Not my pic)

I bypassed the thermostat/temperature breaker (do not use unattended). Smokes like hell. I roast in the driveway. In the winter I roast in the garage with the door up about a foot. Most of the and chaff goes outside.
