New Sennheiser Momentum In ear
The mic is okay. It's fine if you're in a quiet area and aren't moving around too much, but when I tried using it while walking around the person on the other end complained that he couldn't hear me over the cable and ambient noise.- raptir

Looking for a Android Phone with good sound.
The major issue is that the Galaxy S2 is only upgradeable to Android 4.1, which has several known security exploits.- raptir

Looking for a Android Phone with good sound.
To use your format... Keep in mind that there are very few phones that actually come with a "clean" version of Android. Your options from the last three years are... Nexus 6 Nexus 5 Nexus 4 HTC One M8 GPE HTC One GPE Sony Z Ultra GPE Moto G (1st Gen) GPE Samsung Galaxy S4 GPE ...- raptir

Need IEM's under $100 with sound characteristics like DT770 80Ohm
I'm having trouble finding a response curve for them, but based purely on a subjective description I think the Sennheiser Momentum In-Ear might meet your needs. I went through a number of different IEMs and they were the only ones that really felt "bassy" to me like full headphones can. I don't...- raptir

Closed bluetooth headphones?
Alright, thank you. It looks like the MDR-10RBT is out of stock from most stores and marked up a bit when it is available.- raptir

Closed bluetooth headphones?
I was actually looking at the MDR-ZX770BN that are coming out this month. I'll look at the other model though. What are the real benefits of each?- raptir

Closed bluetooth headphones?
I am not sure if I am going to be buying now, but I saw that Sony announced some new Bluetooth headphones and I was wondering if there was anything else to look at. Price: $250 or lower Style: Closed, over ear. I've never owned on-ear but I can't imagine them being as comfortable for long...- raptir

New Sennheiser Momentum In ear
I tested it out on my laptop and the issue appears to be exclusive to my Nexus 5. I'll check out my N5 with my Image S4s and my ATH-M50's again to see if maybe it was there and I just didn't notice it before.- raptir

New Sennheiser Momentum In ear
The cable noise isn't as bad as the S4s, but it's still noticeable. The sound overall is much better though. Like I said, the background hum could just be my source. I'm playing them off of a Nexus 5, which is not particularly known for having a good DAC. It could just be that the Image...- raptir

New Sennheiser Momentum In ear
So I received mine on Monday so I've had a day or two to check them out. So far I like them, but they're definitely a little bass heavy with under-emphasized mids. That said, I basically went into it looking for a more "fun" IEM than the Etymotics MC5 I had used previously that were very flat an...- raptir

Looking for some "fun" all-around IEMs
Thanks, I tried a clip but it didn't help significantly. Even just the wire brushing against my shirt collar caused a lot of cable noise. Behind the ear helped but because of the angled shape of the Klipsch it wasn't comfortable. I had heard that the SE215 in particular was a bit more bass...- raptir

Looking for some "fun" all-around IEMs
Thank you. I will definitely consider them. I'm not a huge fan of the appearance, as superficial as that sounds.- raptir

Looking for some "fun" all-around IEMs
I was hoping you could help with some suggestions. I had posted a while back but after trying a couple sets my "needs" have changed and some time has passed. I thought I would post to see if anything new was available or anything that would better meet my new requests. First, I'll start off...- raptir
