    I purchased the RE-600 and unfortunately the headphones did not work out of the box. Either the TRRS to TRS connector was bad, or there was a break somewhere else. I returned the 600 and bought the RE-600S and have not had any problems.

    Grado Fan Club!

    I just ordered and received the EarZonk case from Amazon, and my headphones (SR125e) fit fine. The top part of the case includes a net to carry accessories and they also throw in a pair of L-Cushions for free. The case and zipper feel substantial. So far so good.

    What happened to the ibasso website? EasyCGI is now at ibasso.com, and ibasso.info doesn't have the latest firmware. What's going on?

    So I just updated the firmware to 1.2.6 and it looks like all of my album art is missing. The art file is in the folder (album art displayed before) so I am not sure what is wrong. I went from 1.2.2 to 1.2.6 (everything was working fine in 1.2.2). Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

    The iBasso DX50 Thread - Latest firmware: 1.9.5 - June 30, 2016

    Hi, I just updated the DX-50 to firmware 1.2.2. According to the instructions the last step is a factory reset to reset the DX-50. Should I do this? I am getting a warning that "All data will be erased." I don't want to erase my music. I checked and the new firmware was installed. Thanks.

    Just got my DX-50 and have so far so good. I was wondering about the USB OTG. Will this work with an OTG cable and regular (Sandisk) USB flash drive? I see some OTG flash drives out there, but the cable and a 32 GB or 64 GB Sandisk (or similar) is probably less expensive. Thanks.

    I am getting ready to pull the trigger and order one. I have read in other threads that the software is buggy. Have you experienced any of that? It seems that ibasso is committed to providing firmware updates.

    E11, a new start of FiiO's portable amp ( added some real photo )

    Is there a way to sign up for an alert somewhere to find out when the E11 will be available in the US? I was going to purchase the E7 this weekend and then I found out about the E11, so I'm holding off. I went to the FiiO site but couldn't find a place to sign up for alerts.
