Schiit Asgard-3 DAC Install
Schiit says that all you need to do is “Simply slide the DAC module into the designated slot on the Asgard 3 amplifier, making sure it's securely in place”. Unfortunately, it’s not quite that simple as the module can’t be pushed back far enough for the connectors to line up. You need to slide...- raduray

Feedback by 'raduray' on listing 'Asgard 3 + Modius Stack'
Very satisfied with the transaction. The Asgard had a bad channel and Daryl immediately sent me funds to cover the worst case repair scenario (board swap). Turns out the repair cost was significantly less and I was able to return the bulk of the funds.- raduray

What is the best EQ software for Mac and iPhone?
I heard back from Rogue Amoeba and it turns out that the PEQ interface in my screen shot, iAUNBandEQ, is a plugin developed by Apple and bundled with MacOS.- raduray

What is the best EQ software for Mac and iPhone?
Thank you! It's intesting that in these text files they use Q, but in the graphic interface they use Width. I've reached out to Rogue Amoeba to suggest they provide an option to use Q. The conversion is simple arithmetic.- raduray

My only issue with SoundSorce is that it uses BW as a parameter instead of Q and, as many published settings use Q, you have to convert. Minor issue and this site provides a conversion calculator: https://sengpielaudio.com/calculator-bandwidth.htm- raduray

The Qudelix-5K thread
I agree. Apple claims to be oriented toward content creators, but it sure makes it difficult for content consumers. Sometimes they take form over function too far. Their slogan should be "There's a dongle for that", but even then, that doesn't work so hot.- raduray

The Qudelix-5K thread
As others have suggested, it was indeed the Lightning to USB cable that was the culprit preventing the 44.1/48/88/96 setting from working. Today I received this one, https://tinyurl.com/3254p9hs , and it now work fine. Interestingly, when checking the input state, Apple Music on iPhone is only...- raduray
