You really think the Anni has more bass than the pilgrim? I've read multiple people that they didn't like the Anni because of not enough bass that were intrigued by the pilgrim after hearing it. And I heard two people say the pilgrim had too much sub-base comparatively speaking for their taste.

Anybody else rocking the iBasso DC Elite with the Volur? Finding it a very very good pairing.

Was at a client's house today and had a lot of downtime to catch up on red tape stuff so I brought my little case with the DC Elite, RU7, Volur & Pilgrim. Did some A/B'ing as well. The Volur is amazing no matter what the source. The Pilgrim is a bit more source dependent. I have no idea how the...

    Endgame or not yet?

After trying the Cascara, which are quite nice, and now the Pilgrim, I would definitely put the Pilgrim in the mix at that price point. Between the Cascara, Quattro and Pilgrim at the $400 price point, I've had all three, prefer the Pilgrim. It does have a present treble so if you are very...

This is my first Pentaconn set of IEM and I wish all my IEM's were Pentaconn right now. It is the best out of the MMCX and 2 pin of which I have had many of those.

Long listening sessions today. The Cayin RU7 and the Pilgrim are a fantastic pairing. The warmth of the Cayin really works well with these stainless steel bargains. Excellent sound for just under $700. The DC Elite also showcases the Pilgrim but with a bit less musicality and more technicality.

I did like the bass of the supermoon. I like planar bass done right. Based on memory which is a bit fuzzy I'd say they have a more similar quantity of bass than not. The planar bass is just a bit more tight sounding, not like the DD bass of the Pilgrim is loose or anything at all like that, it's...

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

after having the Go Pod and the Go Blu, lots of problems. I'm stuck with the Go Blue because nothing else in the category is good. It's like they don't care about their crappy QC and design, because they are in niche markets. Please, let's have a decent company show up in this space.

Appreciate the little comparison of the Supermoon vs the Moon Rover in the upper frequency ranges, but what about the bass?

Been listening to these for a few hours now. At home for an hour. Then took them on my little mass transit trip to a date in the West Village - photo at the bar - and listening to them back at home again. Tip rolled at home at first. The treble was just a smidge more present than I remembered...

And the Pilgrim have arrived. Quick first impressions. The shell is so much nicer than the prototype at CanJam - they really made the 'layering' on the shell look so much nicer and feel much nicer. They look lovely. I was worried about that. Now to put them through their paces with a variety of...

I read two anni owners say the bass on the pilgrim was a bit much. Which makes sense to me as I am looking for more bass than that. I am hoping to A/B the noir vs the pilgrm when the noir makes it stateside.

Thanks! I finally got an update, mine left China at 6pm Friday time and apparently just landed somewhere in the US today at 5pm - must have gone around the globe a couple times or just sat in a warehouse somewhere at an airport all weekend.
