Looking at the 15 hour charge time spec, I wouldn't be surprised.

May be your charger has the data pins shorted? This is done to indicate it's a charger only and thus allow the USB to charge at a higher current. May be the PHA-3 doesn't support that?

Thanks. I agree that the square wave can demonstrate the distortion of the tone, but the round edges and overshoots only speaks to the high frequency response, namely bandwidth and Q of the drivers. IMHO, I don't see the connection to bass performance from a square wave response.

Right now it looks like Twisted Pear Audio is out of stock of the joshua tree attenuator, does anything have any other way to obtain that attenuator? Or, is there another alternative to a digital controlled, relay based attenuator around? Thanks, Peter
