phew. got my ES5 back and they sound good as new! i don't know what was wrong but fisher fixed them and before I had to leave too. A+ customer service.

vsvs, are those TF10? I think my ES5 had to be thicker because the drivers were too big/took up too much space. my tf10 is probably 1 mm away from my ear while my es5 is more like 3-4. NBD though, as nobody really notices them unless they're looking anyways.

okay well I sent my ES5 back into fisher. Kaysen said it could be a myriad of things - driver damage is possible but unlikely IMO because they don't tend to die instantly. I'm guessing it is probably a wire of some sort either shorted or came loose. I hope 1) they can fix it, and 2) they can get...

I think my luck just ran out... suddenly my left ES5 monitor produces no sound.. I've swapped cables and still nothing. I'm super worried. I did take them outside and had them hanging on my neck as I was walking home in a very light drizzle (more mist than anything else). Could water have caused...
