I used iriver.com world wide site, send them an email yesterday and they answered today asking me to send the KANN along with purchase of proof and serial number. They also send me a RMA form to fill in and print to send it back. I’ll link the adress yet again down below. It’s in Germany. They...

I had microSD card inserted when I performed the update. I tryed a restart without the card inserted and it made no difference. Still getting the spinning “A”.

How do I do that? I can't connect it to a PC, the PC won't recognize the player because of no boot up. Should I use the card reader in the player to refresh an older firmware? Sorry for these amateur questions but I'm a sort of a technical noob.

They will probably release an updated firmware but what about those of us that already updated. I'll guess we have to send the player in on warranty.

Thanks for your answer but holding down the power button for 20 seconds and turning it back on again didn't help. It doesn't boot up.

Hi everbody, After updating my KANN to the latest firmware v.1.13 this morning the device won't boot up. It just shows the rotating A-sign on the boot screen for several hours. Anyone countered this same issue or have a solution? Would be much appreciated.
