SpinFit double flange seal the best for me so I can eat and they stay sealed. You will have to experiment to find the ones for you. The U12ts is way better than SE846. To me night and day difference as I also own SE846s which I use when I work out.- mattclarke18

I love my U12Ts. I listen to EDM/Trance and classical mostly. I agree they are great for live recordings. I am not a bass head so don't want the slap in the head bass. I find Wavelet to bring out the best in them when using my phone.- mattclarke18

The TW2 do have great range especially when outside which is why I kept them plus I have to find some use for my 846s which are such a disappointment even with the new red filter compared to my U12ts.- mattclarke18

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
I am using these: Large size https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X3VT9F9?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 The only Shure tips that have worked well but uncomfortable after awhile are the triple flanges- mattclarke18

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
I have large ear canals as well so understand your frustration. I am using double flange on my 846s and on my U12ts but with those I don't push the tip as far as I can over the nozzle which gives better seal on my Ut12s say maybe you can go with a wider nozzle width and play with how far you...- mattclarke18

I have the TW2 and its not that great. The volume is not loud enough at times and notice a difference in sound quality vs wired. Also the app is geared toward Shure's Iems in that you select the one you have and it increases volume some. They would not do your Volur's justice. I am just using...- mattclarke18

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
You can use other tips made for larger nozzles. Many include little sleeves/inserts that go over the Shure Nozzle and then the tip over that. SpinFit includes them in some of theirs. Below is an example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z737MCR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1- mattclarke18

Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Confirmed with Shure that the battery life of the first adapter that connects will be lower because it is the primary in the connection with transmitting Bluetooth device/phone. They recommend making sure you alternate which one connects first to optimize battery longevity. Set option not to...- mattclarke18

Moondrop in-ear monitors Impressions Thread
$15 sounds really sketchy. I got my FreeDSP cable today. To my surprise the app worked fine. It does not really do any amping so have to raise my volume on my phone 20% vs when using with DAC/Amp. Actually liking the Sound Stage + with bass boost in WaveLet. The cable is ok quality. The pins...- mattclarke18

For $30 I ordered just the cable to use with my Blessing 3s which I have only had for a month but got a really good deal on them - $235 new. I should have looked at the graphs before posting and now see there are some differences in tuning. If the cable and App which hopefully has/will be fixed...- mattclarke18

What is the point of buying a Dusk2 if one already has a Blessing 3 if most of the differences are from the DSP cable except for the planar drivers? Much cheaper to buy a $30 cable than $350 IEMs.- mattclarke18
