I have both. I like Sennheiser more. MH1C seems more muddy in comparison. Sennheiser have better sub-bass, Sony have midbass bloat IMO. Sony seem to have fuller mids. Sennheiser mids are a bit recessed but in this weird manner - you have vocals quite close, but the accompanying music is placed...

You might want to move the slider closer to your chin, it might make them seem more secure in your ears.

Honestly, I'm quite surprised that this thread isn't longer. There were many much worse pairs of IEM hyped to an extent on head-fi (like JVC FXD80). Makes me wonder how many other good pairs of headphones are out there, but they lack popularity on head-fi, so people don't know them.

You need to find a headphone shirt clip for those.

Sony tips work just fine.

It's not overwhelming. It's just really good dynamic bass, nothing similiar to BA farting sounds. And frankly, after 60-70h of burnin-in these bass gets really controlled.

I have them. The review is pretty much correct. Although I find highs quite accentuated (but in good way with no sibilance). Maybe that's because previously I used Yamaha EPH-100 which highs lacked a bit. About the bass... Well, I don't think there is too much of it. I'm not a basshead...

MIE Galaxy version will work with HTC one. As will work any headset with one-button remote. What might not work, even the middle button for answering calls, is a headset for Iphone/Ipod/Ipad.

Some of us do. It is, after all, a portable piece of equipement. And unfortunately many headsets marketed for Iphone do not offer functionallity of the middle button on some android phones (f.e. Sony ones - that's the case with my Sennheiser for sports OCX685i). So one might not be certain if...

Yeah, well, unfortunately RHA doesn't care about android phone owners and doesn't provide android version of remote, unlike Sennheiser. I know that the sound is the most important factor, but when two items offer similiar SQ, I tend to choose the better overall product.
