Sorry if I've missed something but when I type in the serial number of my Diablo on the iFi website, all I get back is the 7.0 - MQA and 7.0c GTO firmwares, not any of the 7.2 firmwares. Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve compared the two as well (I own the 2020) and I think there are a lot of pluses for the 2021. But the 2020 seems to have a bit more pace than the 2021, which sounds a bit ‘slower’ or ‘relaxed’ to me. Or maybe that’s just perception owing to the 2020’s more impactful bass?
