From hi-fi to head-fi? If you like classic, the HD800 is reccomanded

I remember when you plug in the usb first time you should also turn it on , so that it can be charge normally.

While, TF10 is very sensitive, you should be careful choosing an amp. I once chose a warm amp, and then the TF10 went too warm.... so

Woo Audio is good, but even the cheapest one is over your budget....  

HD238 is openback, so it has the most wide soundstage, but is also expensive. HD201 is also very popular, but I don't think it is built for music...  

K701 is bright, it's good for guitar, but bass is not so much

Amp really helps, especially at the beginning. Tubes are good, but not for low price, so I think you'd better find some solid state amp.

I would say I like EX1000 better, and it does better than TF10....

I think TF10 is also a choice, its bass is good and with quality.

Hi, everyone!   I recently bought a used WA6SE MAXXED. Maybe I'm just attracted by its looking and the tube... But what makes me sad is that the WA6se seems "not working" on my system... My system now is PC->optical cable->Marantz SA8004->WA6se->Denon D7000. While the SA8004 has phoneout...

I just stop upgrade my portable audio with TF10.... Now I can only get hifi information from my friends and head-fi. It's so inconvenient without a real store you can reach.sigh.....
