Read my newly-revised Cover Letter (if u can be bothered)
Thanks for all the replies. Some are a little harsh than others, but nevertheless you guys are all welcome. Btw, I don't think it's pointless to discuss a particular project to showcase my skills. Maybe you haven't gotten a chance to look at my resume but I am just 8 months out of college...- Luvya

A little background for this CL. Basically, this cover letter is written to target specifically at Sony Picture. I actually had set up an interview appointment with them before but they canceled for some really stupid reason (no fault on my part). Anyway, I emailed the recruiter and stated my...- Luvya

Critique my resume!
Ok, here is the latest incarnation of my resume. It's not going to be a crowd pleaser since I haven't add an objective to it. (Yes, I know I know) Just too many resume books I've read suggest NOT to put an objective in the resume. Here are the changes I've made: 1. Add description of the...- Luvya

(yup, the other two co-workers are 23 and 24). The problem is that my driver license is...- Luvya

No love? From Edwood's link; "If your income range is between $22,997 and $31,924, your tax rate on every dollar of income earned is 6%." This sounds too low to me, I thought I would be taxed 20 to 25 percent. Of course I am not complaining if this is true.- Luvya

Balance transfer.....mmm, let me get this straight
"During your introductory APR period, you will be charged a balance transfer fee for each balance you transfer equal to 3% of the transfer amount, but not less than $5 and not more than $75." What does this mean? if I transfer $4.99 or $75.01 then I don't get the charge? Doesn't make sense.- Luvya

Balance transfer.....mmm, let me get this straight
I just read the term again. It seems like I still need to make minimum payment every month to maintain the 0% apr. Is that within the norm? What other stuff do I need to watch out for? I thought I could just ignore that balance until july 2006...looks like that's not going to be the case.- Luvya
