Considering the double chassis I'd been expecting £20K+ but hoping it'd be less

    Chord 2Go & 2Yu Wired/Wireless Network streamer and S/PDIF adaptor - Official thread

I have experienced dropouts which started after an andriod update reset defaults for power management settings for MALP, it may be worth checking that your streaming/control apps are set to not power save aggressively.

I compared it with several others items that can stream but mainly I wanted playback from my FLAC lossless collection, music from 50s to today, rock pop electronic and classical works, with a bit of Qobuz and Deezer to fill in. 1-samsing galaxy s23 ultra in flight mode using UAPP output via usb...

    Chord 2Go & 2Yu Wired/Wireless Network streamer and S/PDIF adaptor - Official thread

I've been using 2Go+2yu to feed M-scaler+Dave, the result are superb. I did find not so subtle worthwhile improvements using batteries to supply both 2Go and M-Scaler. Using FLAC off microSD and wireless for control so breaking any ground loops via ethernet produced another worthwhile gain.

Hugo M Scaler by Chord Electronics - The Official Thread

The most straightforward way to avoid rf from powerbanks or batteries is to not use anything with internal voltage converters. A 12v 17ah AGM/SLA type works well. I power 2go+2yu from 4x NiMH cells giving (near enough) 5v. I used 10ah D cells, 2 sets of 4 is around 94Wh nominal, again works well.

Hugo M Scaler by Chord Electronics - The Official Thread

All of the iFi Elite PSUs have the DC plug -ve/gnd part connected to mains earth internally, I checked 5v 12v 15v models with a multimeter. This caused me a problem adding the iFi powered M-Scaler to DAVE as it created a ground loop and made anything connected via spdif or bnc have random...
