for anyone reading this thread,   I spoke with munitio today and got a representative that was actually really helpful.. they explained that a bad batch was made which munitio kept in house (not knowing it was bad) and used for RMA claims. They realized that the batch was bad and discarded...

golds are authentic from a friend who got them as a present and never used them since he has the original munitio teknines (which I got him to buy)... I asked him to take the golds and sell me his teknines but alas, he refused lol.
