How would I do so? The DAC screen has two tabs top right - one for Bluetooth and the other goes to Audio Settings. As I explained there's no MSEB or PEQ when you go into audio settings and from the DAC screen there's no option to swipe up, at least on my unit. Please let me know. Much appreciated!

The atom module technology works using air transfer. Hence if the port is covered there is maximum isolation and there's no pressure relief, also maximum bass. Which is why red is largest opening and gold smallest vent.

Just to mention I have dozens of tips. It's not that I can't get a good seal. My ear anatomy covers the atom module unless I use a shallow fit and annoyingly shallow fit means the kinetic bass driver is further away from my ear. Hence the inconsistent sound in my case.

I asked Fir Audio if they can covert universals to custom and they said they don't do that anymore. Perhaps @bogdan belonozhko could clarify for everyone? Also to note customs get a much longer warranty period - 3 years I believe as opposed to 1 with universals.

If anyone has a chance to try the Z5 with the Hiby R8 II the combination is truly exceptional using balanced output. Really great synergy. Mids are brought forward and the bass pouches hard and sounds like a clean sub attached to each of your ears. Soundstage expands in every direction.
