Bought a replacement 5k ... They are too good not to have in the collection.

I just gave my nod to the stock universe leather, but I it was a very close call in my mind.

Perhaps... Not sure really. Generally extra clarity comes with creating a bit more distance between your ears and the driver. So maybe cutting a hole in the pads will have the effect of increasing the bass. I find yaxi pads add clarity, but that's not a free mod.

Nah... Had it since June 2021

I think my 5k has just died the batter got quite low. I connected it to a USB Wall charger. I noticed the lights started to flicker in a way I'd not seen before. Then either I powered it off or it just died while connected to the charger and it was quite warm/hot to touch. Has anyone one...

I'm a bit confused as to why people say the Arium has "coloured" rather that neutral or accurate sound. It has one of the most the most natural and controlled timbres I've heard. What's more "accurate" than that? The one area where it is "enhanced" is in its staging (addictive)... But I don't...
