Leaning towards fibass vs andromeda vs vega. Like female vocals, jpop, ochestra, piano, rock, bass, pop etc. I have the heaven vi. Looking for an upgrade or something different. Of coz recommendations of other brands are worth considering. Tried the fibass years ago, absolutely brilliant...

In awe when I first listened to the fibass a few years back. The clarity was second to none. Is it still the king, or should I consider newer FADs?

yeah...i kind of agree. I always felt my acs t1 as muddy and the high is recessed. I have done 3 refits, I don't actually like the sound signature very much. But everytime my pair came back from the refit, it sounds different....I mean pleasing to my ears with clear highs and good clarity...

I browsed through the videos on this thread and they are mostly about vocals(sorry If I'm mistaken), can the piano forte sounds equally good with orchestra?

Hi guys, I demo-ed the fibass a few months back. I felt that it can be very bright and quite fatigue, can't afford to listen to it for too long. I owned the ortofon eq7 before too. Although it's not that bright, it still give me a bit of headache. I think that phones that are too bright are not...
