The Astell & Kern AK240
Just plug a USB cord between your AK240 and PC. PC will then show folders on your AK, one of them being your music files. You can then copy what you want off the AK and put on your PC. Piece of cake. Could not be easier. It is what I do to put a copy of all my AK music files on a USB stick...- KeithK

The Astell & Kern AK240
I have ripped over 200GB of CD's in FLAC to my 240 with zero issues. Not a single issue. Nada. I'm guessing this is 350 or so CDs. I use the AK ripper. It has been awesome. One very minor complaint is sometimes Gracenotes misses the art work. Deleting music from the 240 is a piece...- KeithK

The Astell & Kern AK240
I upgraded to 1.35 when it came out. I like it. It sounds better to me. I'm not into Tidal so that add wasn't important to me. One thing I just noticed is the improvement to missing album artwork. Missing artwork is now shown as a white square with artist and album name listed. Certainly...- KeithK

Astell&Kern AK380
I have the AK CD ripper. I find it copies artwork about 90% of the time. No clue what the issue is with CD artwork it misses. I haven't figured out how to manually add missing artwork but frankly, I've spend little time on this. I really like the CD ripper. Rips are reliable. I've...- KeithK

The Astell & Kern AK240
Has anyone had this issue? My AK240 is 4 months old. I'm on latest 1.33 sw. This weekend, both yesterday and today, at a point during long listening sessions, no matter what screen I went to the unit would flip back to the home screen after 2 seconds. I'd go to the 'now playing' screen, 2...- KeithK

The Astell & Kern AK240
All of my music is ripped CDs from my collection. I bought the CD ripper and it is sweet. Could not be easier. Straight to the player in Flac (or Wav if you want). Only issue is occasionally art work is missing. I haven't jacked with it enough to figure out how to add missing art yet. No...- KeithK

That blows. Could you just sent it back certified & insured? I guess if they sign for it and are still unresponsive you'd have legal standing with your return. Poor customer service is frustrating. Good luck.- KeithK

If you have brass balls you could try this. This video on YouTube is a dude with a similar issue of broken jack in an iPad.- KeithK

I've found it a bit frustrating how lacking AK documentation is. If up to date documentation exists, I've not been able to find it. What is the icon underneath the gapless icon? The open circle with the upward arrow? This is not shown in any user guides I have found. Thanks a lot!- KeithK
