ER6i vs ER4P vs ER4S
I have a pair of ER6i but I want slightly more sparkle in the treble. Just abit though. Would that be the ER4P or ER4S? The 6i and 4P seem to have similar frequency response curve (FR comparison chart at Headroom). Are they similar sounding in terms of balance? I prefer not to use a P to S...- ivant

New subwoofer: asking for tips for configuration
Without knowing the exact frequency response of your main speakers, the general recommendation is to set the crossover 1 octave higher than your speaker's -3db point. The idea is to have the crossover slope reside on a flat part of your frequency response. In your case, thats 120hz. 120hz... -

Beta22 as headphone amp and preamp
I've built a 3 channel B22 as a preamp connected to a gainclone. I started out with 8X gain but found that it was too high. Normal listening volume is only at 7-8 o'clock on the knob. Unless you plan to use very inefficient headphones, i suggest 5X gain instead. As for switching between...- ivant

B22 causing oscillation?
B22 Preout is located at the center of the rear panel. All signal ground connected to a point somewhere under the cable mess on the right of the chassis. Ground is not switched at the input selector. GC- ivant
