@FiiO Found a bug in latest firmware - headphone balance is not working while in bluetooth mode - it simply doesn't react to balance changes. Also performance is still rather slow.

There is no native ReplayGain support in this player now, so to make it work you should actually convert your files via foobar to apply RG physically to them. Of course this will decrease the quality a bit, but that's the only option for now.

I think they have temporally abandoned firmware for our device (last one was released 2 months ago). I see that X5 3rd gen which costs around 400$ and gets updates practically every week is a much more important device for them now.

Yep, that is true for me also, but I have only 126 songs and 32Gb card (of course formatted as FAT32). An older model X1 has the same CPU and much better performance, why? Also I've caught another bug - it takes about 4-5 seconds to open rather small 48KHz MP3 files. @FiiO please fix these...

You can use any files you have, just rename them so they contain non-latin symbols (eg. cyrillic ones). The best sorting IMO will be the one that represents ascending order of symbols' hex code values in standard UTF-8 character table - http://www.utf8-chartable.de
