I tried to get in contact with them and did not receive an answer so far. Their communication/information policy is a joke. I am starting to believe that their products follow just that, since i did not own one flawless product out of 3.

Has there been any firmware updates lately, for the Studio or the Pro2 maybe?   My STUDIO has 5.41 and the Pro2 has 5.42. With the Pro2 I still have these immensly annoying freezing issues. If anybody knows how to solve these or if anybody has a newer FW version, be kind and post it here...

If there is anyone or any hint that can help me sort out the freezing issue, i would much appreciate it!!!

Hey, did the firmware upgrade help with your freezing issues? I have the same problem but i already have FW 5.42 installed. I am really upset with this faulty product. This thing at least freezes a couple of times each day ... 

I had lot's of trouble with the freezing issue with my first Pro2. Now the 2nd Pro2 had this shutdown problem as well and no, i do not hit the play button a bit too long, it just shuts down while playing not touching the thing. The same problem i have now with the Studio. Most likely a software...

Ok, but i had exactly the same problem with the Pro 2's.

I received the Amp3 Studio as a kind of compensation after i had 2 faulty devices of the Pro2. Now the Studio starts to act strange as well, after it did not for the first couple of weeks. It just suddenly switiches itself off (both sleep timer and autoshutdown set to off!). There is no pattern...
