Warwick Acoustics APERIO and BRAVURA
I wasn't referring to the video. I was referring to the people posting in the thread about the cable. Changing the system to be Stax compatible probably has other implications that we cannot assess. Maybe that would hurt the much stronger bass reproduction of a system like the Aperio compared...- hAbIrAbI

Warwick Acoustics APERIO and BRAVURA
To be fair if the customer is only asking for an alternative cable that's not really that much to ask. If warwick doesn't want to do this themselves then they could maybe release minimum specs and an aftermarket cable company can try their hand on this. Maybe someone who is already making cables...- hAbIrAbI

Eletech Cables Official Impressions & Discussions Thread
Thank you Eric for that information. Unfortunately with Brexit the UK has essentially become the same for us to import from as the US, China, etc. Maybe delivery time is slightly shorter so I will consider that.- hAbIrAbI

Eletech Cables Official Impressions & Discussions Thread
I asked because I bought the IEM version in S first and it would perfectly well during the EU Watercooler event but with the Airpods Pro version I don't get isolation with the S size. So I will probably order M and hope that they are not to big and do isolate. Any plans to establish a point of...- hAbIrAbI

Is this is only for the IEM Baroque? Will there be similar new sizes for the Airpods? Can we please also have a point of sale in the EU?- hAbIrAbI

Warwick Acoustics APERIO and BRAVURA
I think he needs to listen to the Aperio and Immanis to round out his understanding of Summit-Fi headphones. Aperio is incredibly expensive and I haven't heard the Bravura but it sounds like the Aperio fixes the bass issues of the Bravura. Also the clipping issue that I've heard some people have.- hAbIrAbI

Sonos has finally anounced their rumoured headphone Ace. Wonder how it compares to Hifi headphones. Especially considering the use cases they have presented it for.- hAbIrAbI

I heard both the Immanis and Aperio at Word of Headphones and IMHO the Aperio had better bass impact. At least within the context of the noisy surroundings and the equipment available there.- hAbIrAbI

Great impressions. Wish you had a chance to listen to the Aperio. Just as a comparison with the HE-1 and Immanis. I think they were located close to the Raal booth if I recall their booth number correctly.- hAbIrAbI

I read the proposal and that's not what it says. "Such as" should mean that these are only meant as examples not as the conclusive list of devices covered by the directive. https://data.consilium.europa.eu/doc/document/ST-10713-2022-INIT/x/pdf Update: Just finished reading the document and...- hAbIrAbI

You are correct. It only applies to radio equipment. The DAC is not radio equipment. But the 2Go is and therefore it will require an update next year.- hAbIrAbI

I would hope they would be working at least on a Mk2 since I think the EU regulation regarding charging ports would also apply to DACs and amps. https://www.dxomark.com/eu-device-charging-legislations/#:~:text=As%20a%20result%2C%20all%20new,keep%20using%20the%20old%20one.- hAbIrAbI
